Hyper-V (Unkown error 0xc0000BBF)

I’ve built two Hyper-V servers, one is Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 and Windows 2008 Enterprise. On the Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 box I loaded Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) which I use to convert physical servers to virtual, migrate, etc. So when I tried to add the Windows 2008 Enterprise server to (SCVMM) I recieved the error (Unkown error ( 0xc0000BBF)). To fix follow the steps below:

To rebuild extensible counters, third-party counters, and all other performance counters follow these steps:

1. Open an elevated Command Prompt window.

2. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

cd\windows\system32

3. At the command prompt, type the following command and then press ENTER:

lodctr /R

Note: In this command, “R” is uppercase.

4. At the command prompt, type exit , and then press ENTER to close the Command Prompt window.
